National Society
Daughters of the American Revolution
Champlain Valley, New York
We were granted our charter on June 2, 1909. Our chapter is named after the
French explorer Samuel de Champlain and we have members located in the foothills
of the Adirondacks and on the shores of Lake Champlain. Our lake was used as a
"road" by the Indians, Samuel de Champlain, and the Indian Warriors and British
fighters of the American Revolution and War of 1812.
Our chapter meets once a month from April through December. Our meeting dates and location vary each month. Contact us for further information and for membership or fill out the inquiry form on the Genealogy Workshop page.
